On Saturday, June 12th, 2010 CARO will be hosting a Schumann inspired Benefit Concert. Robert Bardston, Kumiko Sakamoto and Shee Ling will be performing a rendition of Robert Schumann’s classical selections. All funds raised will be used in international communities to provide direct service to children, their families and their communities.

June - 19th The United Motorcycle Club International (Medicine Hat) is hosting the 7th Annual Bike Run for CORE Association on Saturday, June 19. Riders meet in the Sobeys parking lot, with groups starting to leave at 11 a.m. to Seven Persons, Bow Island, to Redcliff via the Hays Road, and returning to downtown Medicine Hat for lunch. No registration fee. The public is welcome to check out the bikes beginning about 1:30 p.m., and have chili and a bun for $5, at CORE, 412 Third Street SE.
